International
El Camino Resources first extended its activities outside the United States in the mid 1980s,
when it began operations in Europe. Today, the company’s international focus is on Latin America,
an area of increasing economic importance and growth.
El Camino’s Latin American subsidiary,
El Camino Resources Mexico, is a recognized leader in independent leasing within that country.
The Mexican operation has forged strong relationships with a number of leading banks. El Camino’s leasing
activities are focused on multinational businesses located in Mexico, as well as companies listed on the country’s
stock exchange (BOLSA). El Camino’s largest account is a recognized leader in Mexican retailing circles.
Thanks to its $100 million leasing line, as well as other partnering facilities within the area, El Camino Resources
Mexico expects to comfortably exceed its goal of booking $100 million in lease receivables during the current fiscal
year and may, in fact, even reach the $140 million level.
