Family and Leisure Benefits
At El Camino Resources, we offer benefits to enhance our employees’ quality of life.
Vacation
All full-time Employees shall begin to accrue vacation time beginning on the first day of
employment. All part-time Employees shall accrue vacation time on a pro-rata basis.
Temporary Employees are not eligible for paid vacation. Employees are entitled to vacation
hours based on years of service.
- 1 to 4 years of continuous service = 2 weeks (80 hours)
- 5 to 9 years of continuous service = 3 weeks (120 hours)
- 10+ years of continuous service = 4 weeks (160 hours)
Holidays
El Camino Resources observes the following paid holidays for full-time employees who have
completed 90 days of employment:
- New Years Day
- Presidents' Day
- Memorial Day
- Fourth of July
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Friday After Thanksgiving
- Christmas Day
Sick Pay
All full-time employees begin accruing sick days beginning on the 1st day of employment, up to eight (8) days per year with a maximum of 128 hours accrued.
Dress Code
The company’s dress code consists mainly of business casual attire.
